Enjoy the beautiful Southern California weather with outdoor boot camp training sessions. Using the natural resistance of beach sand and other outdoor obstacles, the boot camp's varied schedule guarantees no boot camper leaves bored or unchallenged.

With over twenty years of fitness and weight loss experience, Mr. America Jason Kozma is known as the trainer of trainers, having educated hundreds of fitness instructors as well as his own dedicated team of trainers. Boot camp schedule:
  • Monday at 6AM, 7AM, 7PM - stairs
    Thursday at 6AM, 7AM, 7PM - running (jog, sprints, and calisthenics)
    Friday at 6AM, 7AM - TRX suspension training
    Saturday at 8:30AM - beach
    Sunday at 9AM - hiking

  • All boot camp sessions are held outdoors
